Shipping and Returns
How to Buy
Simply select the piece you would like to order from the Online Boutique, and click on the 'Add To Cart' icon beside the item. The online shopping system uses PayPal and is very secure. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this facility, most major credit or debit cards are accepted, and the payment system does not store your credit card details.
Alternatively you can order a piece by sending me an email via the contact page, or selecting 'Bank Deposit' at checkout and then transfer online.
Please note the item(s) will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared. To speed things up you can email a screenshot of your payment confirmation to info@rebeccalittlejewellery.com
Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging are included with your order.
International orders are sent via regular airmail with NO TRACKING unless otherwise requested.
If you would like to track your delivery we can send via FedEx courier service this will incur an additional cost so please contact us for current prices.
Orders within Bermuda are delivered complimentary by hand.
Delivery
When your order has been received we will email (if ordered via the Online boutique) to inform you of the estimated delivery date. If the piece is in stock you should receive it within 7 working days. If I don't have the piece already made up, I will make it as soon as possible, usually within 15 working days. If you require an item for a particular date, please let me know and I will prioritize to ensure you receive it on time.
Returns
I will accept returned items within 14 days of delivery. If you are not happy with the item you purchased, simply email me to let me know and post it back via USPS or International Signed For, and I will refund you for the item.
